The Multi-Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency, safety, and appearance of multiple Ashley Furniture facilities. This hands-on role requires a skilled professional who can independently manage maintenance tasks across various locations within an assigned territory, ensuring all facilities meet company brand standards, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence with vendors. This position serves as a key partner to Retail Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Design, and Finance teams while coordinating vendor performance and delivering cost-effective facility solutions.
