About this role
The Division Manager has the responsibility for plant operations and maintaining membership and milk volumes. The position oversees, monitors, and provides leadership to all operations, functions, employees, and producer patrons of the divisions. Including milk procurement, producer/patron relations, processing plant production, and efficiency, employee relations, product quality and safety, communication, and food security.
