About this role
The Corporate HR & Safety Manager provides operational support across human resources and occupational health and safety functions, supporting both the VP of Human Resources and the Corporate HR Manager. In the safety function, this position administers safety programs, manages workers' compensation, and ensures regulatory compliance across AMPI's manufacturing locations. In the HR function, this position supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits enrollment, and training compliance. The ideal candidate brings working knowledge of both OSHA regulations and core HR practices, with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
