About this role
Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Department: IT Project Mgt Office - 227 Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, processes, and customer needs. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Works with software developers to assist in transitioning software requirements into detailed system designs. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Provides consultation on complex projects. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Provides secondary support services to assist in root cause analysis of issues. Provides secondary software testing services to support software development efforts.
