About this role
The Director of Nursing, RN, formally called Director of Health & Wellness will oversee operations of the Care team. will oversee all resident care across the Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Director will perform thorough health assessments for each new resident, monitor the health status of all current residents, and ensure care plans are managed successfully.
