At our Woodbury, MN community, you’ll support residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia by providing hands-on clinical monitoring, compassionate care, and day-to-day guidance that helps our team deliver safe, consistent, person-centered support. This is an ideal role for someone who is confident in their clinical fundamentals, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable supporting residents who may experience behavioral or cognitive changes. Full-Time Openings: 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am *Starting pay is $34/ hour and up, depending on experience!
