About this role
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily shop floor operations within a custom CNC machine shop and fabrication & welding environment, ensuring production targets related to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. This role provides hands-on leadership to welding, fabrication, machining, and shipping personnel while coordinating resources, materials, and workflow to support efficient manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be confident managing day-to-day shop operations, resolving production issues, coordinating manpower requirements, and supporting corrective actions within a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment.
