About this role
The Copy Manager at Arhaus will lead the way our brand comes to life across all customer touchpoints. Sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and performance marketing, this role owns the strategy, quality, consistency, and execution of copy across email, social, digital advertising, print, in-store marketing, and emerging channels. Working closely with the Associate Creative Director of Copy, the Copy Manager will lead the development of compelling, cohesive, and elevated brand narratives that inspire, engage, and drive action—while ensuring consistency within the Arhaus brand voice and values, and adherence to established budgets and timelines.
