About this role
The Cashier is responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion building rapport to drive future sales. The cashier will usually have a register to key in orders and total sales, but may have instances that calculation will have to be done manually including providing correct change to the guest. The Cashier is responsible for accurately filling the guest's order by relaying information to a runner, a cook via register, manual tickets, or obtaining needed food and beverage items on their own. If cashiers serve alcoholic beverages, they must comply with all Craft Culinary Concepts and State liquor service policies and rules.
