About this role
The Team Coordinator, (SL/PS) is responsible for support to the Services Manager in the daily operations of Ardmore's Supported Living and Personal Supports services. The Team Coordinator ensures that staffing is sufficient to provide person centered supports to people served by assuring staff vacancies are filled, schedules are covered, staff supports are person centered, and result in the successful achievement of outcomes for each person served. Ardmore believes that all employees should be committed to supporting the organization’s mission of ensuring quality support services are provided and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are both respected and afforded opportunities to choose and participate in and access community events, activities, and resources.
