About this role
The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs used to manufacture precision components in support of production, engineering, and quality objectives. This role collaborates closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to translate technical drawings and engineering requirements into efficient, accurate machining processes. The CNC Programmer drives continuous improvement through tooling selection, process optimization, and program refinement to ensure production efficiency, repeatability, and compliance with applicable aerospace and quality standards.
