About this role
As a Team Leader in our Alternative Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program, you will help lead a dedicated and talented team of people while helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives. You'll motivate your team in supporting children and young adults (ages 3-22) with special needs in a year-round after-school/summer program. You will utilize your expertise in developing creative behavior plans to help the kids succeed! You will participate with your team and the children in exciting and fun activities. And you'll never be bored because every day is different and exciting!
