About this role
Production supervisor manages day-to-day departmental operating processes. They delegate tasks, aiming to boost performance to facilitate company growth. Provide close coordination with Manufacturing, Quality Control and Scheduling for machine setup, preventative maintenance, machine repair, productivity, and projects on 2nd shift. Support Arcade Beauty in meeting safety and quality goals as well as customer commitments for accurate, on-time delivery of product through manufacturing controls, policy development and team leadership. Responsibilities will also include leading, training, and development of production personnel. This includes the monitoring and improving of efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
