About this role
Responsible for operating and monitoring debur and polish machines to ensure all parts meet work order specifications and quality requirements. This position requires attention to detail to identify and remove imperfections, maintain safe work practices, and produce high-quality finished products. The successful candidate will complete assigned work within established production time standards to support productivity goals. Additionally, this role is responsible for accurately tracking and recording completed parts in our ERP system. This position requires the ability to stand and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift, work with water, and safely perform physically demanding tasks. Candidates must possess the physical strength and stamina necessary to handle machines.
