About this role
The Leave Program Manager (LPM) reports to the Operations Director and oversees the administration of leave requests under the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Maryland Family and Medical Leave (MFML) programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations for eligible employees in Central Services, Archdiocesan parishes and schools, and other Archdiocesan entities. The LPM stays informed of updates to leave laws and communicates changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days per week in the office with one to two remote days, and may involve travel to various Archdiocesan locations.
