About this role
In response to the Gospel call to uphold the dignity of every human life and in recognition of the pastoral responsibility of the Church to be a prophetic voice in society, the archdiocese is hiring for a new position - Archdiocesan Coordinator of Life Issues Ministry. The Coordinator will be tasked with serving as a unifying and strategic resource in the coordination of support to pastors, parishes, Catholic faithful and organizations within the archdiocese in their mission to defend life from conception to natural death including, but not limited to: abortion, end of life issues and the death penalty. This role will report to the Secretary of Evangelization and Synod Renewal and will coordinate with other archdiocesan departments to further the mission of the Archdiocese of Washington.
