About this role
You’re the friendly face and steady voice of the front office—greeting visitors, juggling multi-line calls, and keeping communication flowing (mail, faxes, voicemail, and email) with calm confidence. You help clients and staff with day-to-day support, keep supplies and client materials stocked, and pitch in on special projects, mass mailings, and campus organization. Behind the scenes, you protect sensitive information by following confidentiality rules (including HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2), support visitor/security procedures, and handle cash drawer/register tasks with care—helping the whole team open, close, and run smoothly each day.
