About this role
Applied Research Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Truther to support the development, characterization, and quality assurance of ground-truthed datasets used to train, test, and evaluate machine learning and automated target recognition (ATR) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, annotating, and validating multi-modal sensor data—including Wide-Area Motion Imagery (WAMI), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR), and Full-Motion Video (FMV)—to produce high-fidelity, well-documented "truth" data. You will also help establish repeatable truthing processes, mentor new team members, and source imagery and other data to meet evolving research requirements.
