About this role
Under the direction of the Personal Lines Team Leader, provide support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing all Personal Lines Accounts. Operates and performs as a frontline leader to team members and demonstrates quality and expertise in customer service, coverage, and workflow tools and processes.
