What You’ll Do As an active member of the treatment team, you will:
• Provide direct patient care, supervision, and support in a therapeutic environment • Build rapport with patients and assist with daily living activities and emotional support • Support patients during crisis situations using de-escalation techniques • Lead or assist with group sessions and one-on-one therapeutic interactions • Reinforce evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ERP techniques • Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and safety • Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients and visitors • Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient orientation • Transport patients as needed for appointments or activities

What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred • At least 2+ years experience in direct patient care (or similar) • At least 18 years of age (age requirements vary by program) • Valid driver’s license in good standing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stay calm, professional, and supportive in high-energy environments • Interest in behavioral health, psychology, human services, or healthcare careers
Training & Development (Provided) We invest in your success with paid training and certifications:
• CPR Certification (within 30 days) • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 60 days) • CBRF Training (within 90 days) • Medication Administration Certification (within 90 days) • 160-hour Supervised Traineeship Program
