About this role
The Lead Operations Integration is responsible for coordinating and managing integration projects that support organizational growth and operational excellence. This includes initiatives such as de novos, relocations, divestitures, mergers, expansions, and acquisitions of centers, ensuring alignment with AMSURG corporate objectives. The Lead will execute and maintain a structured integration framework, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive improvements in integration processes. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
