About this role
The Engagement Coach will focus on academic studies and/or workforce development activities while building effective advisory relationships with youth. Uses a variety of tools to engage youth while providing guidance in behavior choices, teaching social, self-help, academic and living skills. Works closely with Program Team Members to monitor the youth’s academic and behavioral progress and provide support.
