Job Description Participate in design reviews, design verification and validation, monitor results and drive risk ensuring Product/Firmware meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required. Passionate with Technical Hands-On activity (Hardware/Firmware/Manufacturing) and owns product /firmware quality. Prepare and present regularly on the project quality status. Act as a role model leading and driving continuous improvement and standardization of best practices in the organization to achieve best-in-class quality by moving quality to the left. Support the organization Quality Management System. You will Use data, domain knowledge, and scalable analytics to improve decision velocity, strengthen risk prediction, and deliver measurable productivity savings aligned with APBC transformation priorities and ISC/QME objectives. You will report to Quality Manager based in Singapore. Your Responsibilities:

• Build product and software quality across NPI, sustaining, and customer-facing programmes. • You will Create quality requirements through design, verification, validation, and risk reviews. • You will Apply Quality Engineering tools and methodologies including APQP, FMEA, CTQ, and reliability engineering. • You will Convert engineering/process data into scalable use cases that improve defect detection, test efficiency, capability and productivity. • Ensure product and process readiness for successful production launch and lifecycle support. • Partner with teams and suppliers to improve product and process robustness. • You will Resolve product and reliability issues through leading failure analysis, RCFA (cause Failure Analysis) and implementing systemic corrective actions. • You will Use AI, analytics, and automation to enhance quality, productivity. • You will Provide regular quality status updates, manage barriers and escalate when needed. • Collaborate throughout the company and cultures with urgency, integrity. • You will Support company policies, values and compliance requirements.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality and Design within electronics and software development. • You will have Broad technical background working with engineering, manufacturing, service and suppliers globally. • You have Experience with electronic manufacturing, assembly and test processes. • Working knowledge of product development cycles, quality tools and risk-based quality practices. • Experience supporting or auditing ISO 9001 quality systems in electronics manufacturing. • You will solve routine problems and recommend practical approaches. The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Advanced statistical and quality tools experience. • DFSS, Six Sigma Black Belt or Reliability Engineering certification. • Hardware design and manufacturing experience in automotive, aerospace or consumer electronics. • CMMI or ASQ CSQE certification. • Experience with AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, analytics or digital automation in engineering, test, quality or manufacturing. • Familiarity with data pipelines, model validation, visualisation and scalable solution deployment.
