About this role
In this unionized position, the successful candidate is responsible for monitoring meter readings from Field Collection System (FC) into the Customer Information System; investigating and resolving meter reading and billing related exceptions; investigating and processing account and site/premise corrections; and processing field work changes; and performing other duties as assigned.
