About this role
The Technical Analyst analyzes complex technology problems that may be solved or optimized. This role conducts analysis, design, evaluation, testing and implementation of technology systems/platforms or solutions; Distinguishes actual needs; identifies the root cause of problems and proposes logical and innovative solutions; manages projects within the infrastructure department as directed by the Business Technology leadership team. Participates in cross-functional project teams to address business or system issues. The Technical Analyst is by its nature an open-ended role, which requires the general application of core skills around analysis, project management, deep technical understanding, and documentation.
