The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily QA operations and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards across assigned shifts. This role provides direct supervision to QA Technicians, maintains active floor presence, and serves as the on-site QA authority in the absence of the Sr. QA Manager. The position is accountable for documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and food safety culture.
