This position requires to work 2nd shift and have a strong understanding of bakery equipment and intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and bakery maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform maintenance work, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes of failures without requiring guidance.
