The right candidate is client-facing and capable of taking projects from opportunity through closeout, driving clear scope definition, strong project controls, and steady execution. You are comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping stakeholders aligned across competing priorities. You have a track record of executing projects and course-correcting early, with confidence in schedules, cost forecasting, change management, risk tracking, and project reporting. Perhaps most importantly, you can communicate issues and options in a collaborative way that drives timely decisions.
