About this role
The work of a Westeck Production Worker II focuses on building windows and doors for customer projects that support high quality custom-built homes. The work is typically project-based work and requires a broadly trained employee across a number of stations, departments, or lines within a plant. Assignments are as operationally required; however, cross-training is an expectation and requirement of the role. At all times, a Production Worker II is a safety sensitive role and is responsible for working in a manner that promotes safety of self and others. Additionally, the Production Worker II is required to ensure that the work is completed to quality standards prior to going to the next station or phase of completing the final product.
