Align HCM is looking for an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to join our growing practice. In this senior role, you will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end Dayforce solutions for our clients that spans all core HCM modules, the Dayforce Extensibility Framework, enterprise integrations, and the emerging suite of Dayforce AI-powered capabilities. You will serve as the primary technical authority on complex client engagements, bridging business requirements and scalable technology solutions while championing best practices, mentoring teammates, and driving innovation through AI and modern tooling.
