About this role
What you will do: The Property/Facility Mechanic II is responsible for a variety of facility related issues and improvements - performs manual labor and semi-skilled work in the maintenance of facilities and grounds, which include but are not limited to light construction and repair of electrical, mechanical, basic masonry, carpentry, performing preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on properties/facilities and electrical.
