About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated Co-op student who is looking for a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding work term. The position will be responsible for assisting in implementing Lean initiatives in our 200,000 ft2 vertically integrated facility that includes lasers, brakes, manual and robotic welding, powder coat painting, assembly, and shipping departments. This will include a mix of time studies, monitoring, analysis, communication, and production and design activities. Every day will offer something new. Plus, there is no rush hour traffic or paying for parking downtown, as our office is located in Rosenort, a quiet rural community only 20 minutes south of the city. We also offer a bus shuttle service to convenience our employees that picks up in St. Norbert.
