About this role
The Data Center Associate Solutions Engineer supports customer-facing technical engagements by partnering with senior engineering, sales, and product teams to help develop, document, and demonstrate AFL’s fiber optic and data center solutions. This role assists with customer discussions, technical drawings, solution overviews, activity tracking, and early-stage product conversations while gaining hands-on exposure to data center architectures, fiber connectivity, and network technologies. Ideal for early‑career engineers, the position requires strong communication and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to learn in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
