About this role
The Product Development Engineer is responsible for driving new product, process, and automation initiatives for inside plant (ISP) fiber optic connectivity and cable management solutions from concept through industrialization. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, test, and refine products using advanced 3D modeling and engineering analysis tools. The engineer applies data-driven decision-making, DFMEA/PFMEA practices, and industry-standard project management methods to deliver high-quality, manufacturable solutions that meet customer, application, and business requirements while supporting continuous improvement of existing products.
