ADB is seeking a Director of Operations with extensive knowledge in managing multiple underground fiber and utility installation projects of various sizes and scopes of work nationwide. This role will be the direct manager of field construction crews, Supervisors, and Project Managers; planning, directing, and organizing their day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, knowledge of the telecom industry, and a strong belief in the safety, as well as a strong work ethic and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
