Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional mortgage sales targets. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and financial advisors, to generate referrals and partnerships. * Ensure all sales activities and processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. * Oversee the entire mortgage sales pipeline, from lead generation and application to approval and disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. * Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. * Act as a primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in mortgage sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a financial institution. * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. * In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, services, and the Malaysian regulatory landscape. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
