What you'll be doing
• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals • Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions • Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients What we're looking for
• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets • Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
