Are you passionate about making an impact in specialty healthcare? We’re looking for a driven Senior Product Specialist to join our team, focusing on Ophthalmology and Hepatitis C. In this pivotal role, you will achieve sales targets for leading products by providing education, information, and support to key healthcare stakeholders. You will also play a crucial part in developing relationships with key opinion leaders and groups of influential healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives aligned to the brand planPromote our products to medical professionals and associated groupsBuild strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the fieldMaintain expert knowledge of treatments, competitors, and evolving market dynamicsDeliver tailored customer engagement plans for each key accountDrive Key Account Strategy, including segmentation and tactical alignmentRegularly report on activities, sales performance, and market intelligenceSupport forecasting through accurate monthly sales informationRecord sales activity according to Sales Force Excellence standardsMonitor and control promotional budgets within your territoryUphold company values and IPHA Code of Practice to enhance our reputationActively participate as a member of the brand and in-field teams; coordinate where needed Primary degree in science, nursing or relevant industry experienceDemonstrated track record of successful sales performance and target achievementAbility to effectively differentiate and promote in a scientific, dynamic environmentStrong customer focus and proven ability to build relationshipsExperience working within a matrix organizationKey Internal Stakeholders:
