We provide a hybrid work model, employees must be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. There will be flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Position Overview: Join a dynamic Commercial Finance team supporting Oncology, where your contributions are valued in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As a Commercial Finance, Oncology Intern, you will assist with financial planning, budgeting, and compliance tasks under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities may include supporting month-end processes, helping to review actuals versus budget, assisting with commentary on financial results, and participating in tasks related to audits or compliance as required by Corporate Finance. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, compliance, and strategic business support within the Oncology division.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Patient Focus: Participate in projects that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a patient-centric approach.Data Analysis and Strategic Decision Making: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.Adapt and Innovate: Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and propose creative solutions to complex challenges.Teamwork and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment.Problem-Solving Skills: Engage in tasks that challenge your ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to real-world problem Bilingual (English and French) Recently completed a graduate or undergraduate university program, or be expected to graduate in 2026. Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with demonstrated interest in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, or strategic business support is considered a strong asset for a Commercial Finance, Oncology Intern.The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in customer and patient needs, has effective analytical and problem-solving skills, is adaptable and innovative, and excels in in a team centric environment.
