Summary of Job Description:

Grow the Parkinson’s Disease business by strengthening marketing activities and contribute to the Parkinson’s Disease patients and their caregivers.Major Responsibilities:

(For brand managers) Develop comprehensive marketing strategy with brand team members and various stakeholders (in English and Japanese).(For associate brand managers) Contribute brand strategy development in specific areas by cooperating with brand managers and brand team members.Develop, implement and manage best-in-class marketing programs orchestrating IFT resources and digital technology to ensure successful market share growth and product sales increase for short-term and long-term.Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement our strategyIdentify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long termSupport senior brand manager for product portfolios and product life cycle plansManage the promotional budget with the senior brand manager and brand teamWork collaboratively with other functions (medical, sales, market access and other marketing team etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial and functional programs for the productsCommunicate brand strategy to sales force clearly for flawless implementation by partnering regional/area sales managersParticipate in global and Japan Asia Pacific regional conferences and congresses.(For Brand Managers) Work closely with global marketing and Intercontinental counterparts in development of marketing programs Essential Skills & Abilities:

3+ years of Marketing experience in pharma industry (sales experience, Specialty product experience, Neuroscience experience, and New Product / indication launch experience are preferred)Effective communication (in Japanese: N1 level and English: TOEIC >800): clear, concise, and persuasiveSkills in utilizing digital technologyStrong interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills, multitasking skillsAnalytical ability and an innovative mindsetAbility to work in matrix / cross-functional environment which includes influence to the people on no direct report line.Advanced written and spoken EnglishAutonomy, independence and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essentialGood fit with the ways we workEducation/Experience Required:
