• Full-time
• Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working (1-2 days from home)

What You'll Be Doing
• Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment desk
• Building relationships with new and existing clients across the Leeds market
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates to opportunities
• Providing expert advice and market insight to clients and candidates
• Working towards achievable activity and financial targets that directly increase your earnings
