About the role You’ll take ownership of an Industrial desk. You’ll work closely with local clients, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner while growing your market through proactive outbound business development. This role is office‑based in Cambridge and involves regular client visits across the local patch.
What you’ll be doing
• Developing new and existing client relationships across Cambridge and surrounding areas
• Meeting clients on‑site to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, engaging and managing candidates through advertising, networking and referrals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement and aftercare
• Working towards clear KPIs while building a sustainable, profitable desk
