About this role
This position serves to provide leadership and strategic execution for a nurse educator service platform designed to support patients in navigating and utilizing available resources to better understand their conditions and effectively manage their treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership, inspiration, and support to team(s) of Nurse AmbassadorsDevelop and maintain collaborative partnership with vendor Nurse DM to provide consistent and effective leadership for the districtAnalyze data to assess performance and identify strategic opportunities for improvement/growthProvide ongoing coaching for Nurse Ambassadors at both a district and individual level to promote exceptional patient experienceEnsure compliance with SOPsPrioritize competing demands to support team in managing workloadContribute to Program success through working groups and projectsRoll out Training related to Program updates, marketing tools, and ongoing developmentPlan and facilitate district communications including weekly meetings and written communicationAddress Sales and HCP questions and complaints related to the Program"
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in the health sciences)5+ years professional experience in Healthcare industry requiredAbility to drive results through coaching and motivating othersStrong prioritization skills to manage competing demandsDemonstrated proficiency in using data analysis to drive strategyEngaging presentation skillsProven ability to collaborate for successAn essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials.These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting and specific licenses required by individual state or cities. The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
