About this role

An exciting opportunity has arisen as our current Market Access Value Proposition Manager is transitioning to a new role within our organization. We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to become our next Market Access Value Proposition Manager.

The overall purpose for the position is to propose Market Access Strategies within our Neuroscience & Specialty Care business for the local top influential payers to optimize brand value and successful launches.

In this role you will champion local payer perspective and translate the global value messages to Danish conditions.

Additionally, you share payer insights, anticipate payer changes, unmet needs and optimize brand value for products in our Neuroscience & Specialty Care portfolio and is placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

The key stakeholders for this role include the cross-functional Brand Teams/Infield Teams where you represent Market Access. You collaborate closely with other departments e.g.: Marketing and HEOR. Externally your primary stakeholders are: P&R institutions, MOH, Regional health care providers.

We are ideally seeking a person who has either a proven track record with specific market access experience in Denmark or someone who has been working in a government authority within healthcare, (for example Medicinrådet, Amgros or similar).

Ideally you have a minimum of 2 years of market access experience and an excellent knowledge and network in national and regional payer environment.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience with proven track record of success in pharmaceutical industry and/or within healthcare payer/provider or academic institutionAbility to manage cross functional projectsAbility to analyze complex models and scientific data and draw out key messagesAbility to interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance to build into targeted value messagesSolid working knowledge of pharmaco-economic principlesSolid knowledge of payer mindset and motivation in respective local contextExcellent project management skillsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent This is a hybrid position based at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
