With continued growth across the country, we are looking for experienced Valuers to join the National Mortgage Valuations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover a diverse range of Metropolitan areas across the states.Handle commercial, industrial, and retail property valuations.Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier bank clients.Utilize a class-leading valuation platform for seamless delivery and quality assurance. Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer, with 2 to 5 years of experience.Strong commercial awareness in strategy formulation and execution.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions.High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Estate Master.Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
