About this role
We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager in Brisbane. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will have the backing of over 430 experts nationally and tasked with delivering high profile land development projects and achieve client commitments and build client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administrationNegotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projectsDevelop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationshipsAssist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverablesContribute to sustainable profit generation and growthManage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgementRecruit, manage, train and mentor staffManage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land developmentDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsExperience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk managementHigh level industry awareness and engagementRelevant tertiary qualifications At Colliers, we are enterprising.
