About this role
As a key member of Colliers’ Valuations team, you will provide detailed valuation advice across a variety of retail property including shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail centres and CBD assets. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including the collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and the delivery of timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports.
In addition, you will:
Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledgeBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clientsAssess current market values for propertiesExtract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidenceWork collaboratively with other Colliers’ divisions by seeking and referring opportunitiesSupport the National Director through achievement of individual revenue budget The successful candidate will report directly to the National Director, who will act as a mentor to take an enthusiastic valuer to the next level in their valuation career.
