Lead and deliver diverse urban development projects across sectors.Drive client engagement and contribute to business growth.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performance culture.Navigate planning frameworks and deliver strategic, future-focused outcomes. What You Bring
A degree in Planning or a related field.5–8 years of experience in urban planning (consulting or government).Strong knowledge of the NSW planning system.Excellent communication, project management, and writing skills.A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus).
