About this role
We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team and help deliver technology solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, improve processes, and ensure our systems support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term goals.
What you’ll be doing
Work with business teams to understand workflows and pain points, and capture requirements.Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements.Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories.Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.Run workshops, training, and change management activities to help teams adopt new systems.Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and executives.
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.Knowledge of property management, valuations, or real estate operations.Experience with property technology platforms.Strong skills in business analysis tools and Agile project delivery.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Property, Business, or related field (preferred).
