We are seeking a Director, Survey to join our NSW leadership team. As a Business Builder, you will:
Lead and grow a high-performing team of registered surveyors, surveyors, and drafters.Drive business strategy, foster client relationships, and ensure excellence in project delivery.Build and nurture strategic partnerships across NSW to expand market presence and create new opportunities.
Tertiary qualifications in SurveyingCurrent registration as a Surveyor with Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (or equivalent)Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
